The BEST community we’ve ever lived in. Minor issue with the move date but it was resolved and accommodated swiftly. Quiet, kind neighbors, fast and I do mean FAST work order response. I have never left a review on a community but everything about living here has been amazing. Clean and reasonably priced. I believe Jack is newer but he’s very kind and Jacob is very responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone downsizing from a larger home or looking to rent until it’s time to purchase their forever home.

My fiancé and I have lived here since the summer of 2025, and we’ve really enjoyed it. The community is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and I especially love taking my dog on walks around the area. The maintenance team is very responsive and quick whenever anything comes up, which has been a huge plus. I also love having the cow farm behind us, and it’s fun being able to hear the music from Ruoff in the distance. The pool is great, and I’m hoping they’ve added a few more tables and umbrellas this year. We also love being so close to HTC for convenient last-minute shopping trips!

This is going on my second year living here, so I definitely would have to say I truly enjoy being a part of this community. The housing addition is always kept clean, the neighbors are friendly, and it’s a peaceful environment to live in. Jack and Jason have both been super helpful and always make sure things are taken care of when needed. It’s nice having people around who genuinely care about the residents and the community. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here and look forward to continuing to call it home.

It was great, fast and efficient. The gentleman pointed out other qualities that the home has to offer. Corrected the problem and the repair works great. I emailed in the morning on the Marea site and no more than 1 hr later he was here.

We love living here at Marea Homes, so clean and comfortable and quiet even though we are renting it feels like we are buying. It is so quiet here and people mind there own business and we feel very safe living here and working with Kristy was wonderful. I lived here since summer 2025, and overall has been a good place to live. The townhomes are attractive, and the neighborhood is generally quiet, although there are lots of dogs, which I personally enjoy as a pet owner. The leasing office staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is responsive and takes care of issues in a timely manner. I also really liked the community app—it made it easy to stay connected with neighbors and keep up with community events and announcements. The pool is another highlight. It's consistently clean and never felt overcrowded, making it a great amenity to enjoy during the summer. Parking was usually sufficient as well, although it could get a little tight when neighbors had guests over. There were a few drawbacks. The rent has become very expensive for what you get. The appliances are fairly basic and feel lower quality than I would expect for the price. I also had trouble with the grass in my side yard dying shortly after moving in, likely because I
