Great tour with Kristy, took all the time we needed to look at units and discuss options and locations. Kristy was so helpful with the application process which we appreciated. Such a friendly person and the place is quiet and units are very pretty. Excited to be a resident of Marea soon!

We love living here at Marea Homes, so clean and comfortable and quiet even though we are renting it feels like we are buying. It is so quiet here and people mind there own business and we feel very safe living here and working with Kristy was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable about everything and helped us with everything. Kristy gets a five star if nothing else does. I can’t say enough good about her, but all in all we are so happy that we made the choice to come to Marea Homes. Thank you

I want to sincerely thank Kristy Emkow for the wonderful experience and fantastic customer service. Although I ultimately did not move into the complex, Kristy made the entire process smooth and seamless. She went above and beyond—ensuring my application fee was refunded and continuing to check in with me throughout. If anything changes in the future, I would absolutely reconsider moving here because of the exceptional service she provided.
